SS16 Catwalk Trends & Lingerie To Match

Spring is so close. We can feel it. We can see it too; the snowdrops unfurling from dormant flower beds, and bright new buds appearing on the trees. Of course, along with spring comes a new season of sartorial choices and Martha Rose is thrilled to have launched our beautiful SS16 collection to you.

 

For our favourite time of year we have tapped into the SS16 fashion trends that best suit our lingerie loves, and the Martha Rose woman who is defined by an attitude, rather than an age. Like us, Preen and Topshop Unique opted for quintessentially British meadow prints on their SS16 Fashion Week catwalks. Delicate, painterly petals were mismatched with contrasting prints and textiles for an effortless feel. “Florals. For spring. Groundbreaking!”, we hear you say. Floral print may make a comeback every single year but it's a timeless look and best done like us; delicately fresh and simple. Wear our Bellflower Tank in and out of the home to get the look. Martha Rose has been on holiday to recoup after a couple of very busy months but is back now and ready to go!!

On the 9th & 10th July we were lucky enough to show at our first trade show & what a special venue at The Savoy hotel.

As this is my first blog post i just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that has helped me with my first collection, it has been an exciting journey but hopefully this is just the start of Martha Rose & i can't wait to show you future collections.
